Meet Quinn Morimoto
As the son of Stax Capital’s founder and CEO, Stacey Morimoto, Quinn grew up immersed in the world of alternative investments. After earning his degree in Finance from the University of San Diego, Quinn naturally stepped into a key role at Stax—leading due diligence and underwriting for all DST offerings on the platform.
He personally oversees a meticulous vetting process that includes sourcing appraisals, third-party reports, legal opinions, and recreating sponsors' financial models. With hundreds of private placement investment transactions under his belt, Quinn takes pride in digging deep into the numbers and evaluating every offering from every angle.
